Introduction

Climate Rubik is an independent knowledge platform started by Rajesh Hegde in 2023 with focus on elaborating the energy aspects of climate change.

Drawing inspiration from the Rubik cube, this platform recognizes climate change as a multi-faceted problem which needs to be simultaneously resolved! This platform intends to unify and synthesize fragmented pieces of knowledge on Climate change from the web to give crystal clarity to the readers. We take first-principle and interdisciplinary approach to achieve this objective.

Brief personal journey so far

Rajesh is a native of Karnataka, India. He did his MSc in Chemical engineering from University of Alberta and subsequently worked in the Canadian oil and gas industry. During that phase, he visited Sangatya commune in Karkala, Karnataka in 2016, managed by Dr.Shreekumar, his ex-University professor. He was moved by the farm's circular economy principles and the Gandhian values being exercised there. Subsequently he quit his job in the Canadian oil and gas industry and transitioned to Climate change work through consulting on emission LCA projects. He is building this platform to amplify energy focused perspectives on Climate change.
